A warm room by King’s Cross

I’m subletting my room for the winter. Dates are flexible, but ideally mid-December to mid-March.

The flat stays warm throughout the winter! We have free central heating.

Between King’s Cross/St Pancras and Camden Town. NW1 1UH

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Washing machine and dryer
• Fortnightly professional cleaning

Bills & rent
• Rent £230 / week
• Council tax (Band D) + bills add roughly 30£

Housemates
• Two gents, one is a math teacher, the other a policy director; Oxford / Harvard grads, but very down-to-earth. They’re super sociable but work in the mornings, so no 11 pm speaker sessions, please :)
