Quiet double Bedroom - 10min walk to King’s Cross

I have a double-room available from the beginning of september, and am therefore looking for a flatmate - who ideally is a student too :)

The flat is excellently located, with both Russell Square and Kings Cross Station being just a 10min walk away. You’ll also find a Waitrose, cinema and other shops, just 2min from the flat!

The room comes with built-in storage, but other than that is unfurnished. It’s a bright two-bedroom flat, and we would share the kitchen and bathroom, which is why I am looking for someone clean and respectful.
The flat also comes with a nice patio area, with a place to store a bike/outdoor stuff.

A bit about me: I will start my architecture studies at CSM, and am overall very easygoing. I love live music, sports and trying out new things - so ideally you have similar interests, and are open to having a chat or drink once in a while. Equally, I value privacy a lot, so giving each other space is really important to me too!

Please note that you will be added to the tenancy contract, the landlord requires the rent to be paid 6 months upfront!

Here’s a breakdown of the costs:
- to be paid upfront are 6 months of rent and the deposit, which is five weeks of rent split equally, so 10,447 pounds in total.
- utility bills are another 50-75 pounds per person (each month)
- if you’re not a student, council tax are 117 per month
