My current flatmate and I are looking for someone to join us in our flat from either 15 Dec or 15 Jan as our third flat mate is moving out.
It's a double bed in a 3 bed flat for £635.
Contract: 15 Dec or 15 Jan 2025 to 14 August 2026.
Location: postcode NW1. It is a 3 minute walk to St Pancras Kings Cross station, 7 min walk to Euston station, 15 min walk to UCL main campus/UCLH hospital/SOAS. Walking distance to Sainsburys, Tescos, MS food hall, Aldi, and two big Waitrose within 15 mins walking each. In terms of fun things, it's about ten minutes to Regents Canal and Coal Drops yard and about 20 minutes walk to Regents Park.
Rent: £635 per month excluding utility bills. Bills are wifi and electricity.
Both my flatmate and I are post graduate students. We prefer another student otherwise I think you would need to pay council tax (Camden, band C).
