Unite Students room takeover: St Pancras Way

Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my fixed-term tenancy at Unite Students St Pancras Way (Block A, Flat 403, Room H), London NW1.

Please note: I haven’t moved in yet, this is a tenancy takeover for a flat I have not lived in. I’m transferring the booking before the start date, so you’d be the first person actually living in the room.

💷 Incentive: I’ll cover your first 2 weeks’ rent (approx £688), with the £250 deposit included.

• Tenancy: 26 September 2026 – 18 September 2027.

• Room: Large high double ensuite, 13.0m², small double bed.

• Flatmates: Not yet confirmed, as no one has moved in. The flat will house 4–7 students of different genders and backgrounds.

• Rent: Approx £344/week, all bills + ultrafast Wi-Fi included.

• Location: Zone 1, minutes from King’s Cross/St Pancras: ideal for UCL, King’s, LSE, Birkbeck, and other central London universities.

• Building: 24/7 assistance, secure access, CCTV, on-site maintenance, laundry, communal study space, roof terrace.

Status: Early leave already requested with Unite Students. The transfer will be processed officially through their portal, fully legal and secure. Must be a registered full-time student.
