It's a 3 bedroom, two floor apartment in Somers Town, just 3 mins walk from British Library or King's Cross. The other two tenants are young male professionals (both 26 - Tim and Martin) working in London. We both work so much that we barely see each other so the flat is very quiet. The flat is clean and refurbished a year ago. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet.
The £850 includes everything: the rent, bills and council tax.
We're looking for a young student or professional to join us asap. Minimum contract length is 5 months, but can easily be extended.
