Available from 29/1/2014 until 5/2/2014 for a ONE WEEK STAY.
£20/night OR £100 for 1 week.

I am only renting for 1 week because I am away on a trip - so please do not contact me for longer stays. This is my student flat so of course I reside here :)

I am a 2nd year Law student at UCL.

I am travelling for the summer so I am renting my room out.

The room is a single room in a 3-bed flat. The other 2 rooms are occupied by law students who hve also sublet their rooms for Christmas holidays- and they are a fun and respecting bunch!

Your room is a:
- Single room
- With study desk
- Large drawers
- with a toilet with shower and bath opposite the room
- with well-presented kitchen downstairs
- with a large balcony that has a large dining table
- WiFi

I require the tenant to be of good character. This normally means they can tell me a bit about themselves and their purpose in London. I prefer to add tenants online as it gives me a good gauge of their character.
