Unite Students St Pancras Way Classic studio room!

Hi guys, due to unforeseen circumstances, I need one student who currently study in UK to replace me for this student apartment's studio room. The contract length will be counted from the date you move in to 10 September 2017.

This room is on 9th floor, which is the highest floor of this apartment, so normally it's very quiet. You will have a large 25 metres squared room with your own bathroom and kitchen, 3/4 (Double) bed, big desk study space, free Wi-Fi, ALL bills included, 24/7 security, large common rooms and patio, and even your own hoover and ironing board.

*** No short stay. The contract will be signed formally with the student apartment company. ***

2-3 min walk to the bus stop, about 10 min walk to Kings Cross station and St Pancras. Near Central Saint Martins College and UCL. The apartment price was £349 per week but I would like to provide £340 per week if you can check in before the end of January.
