Unite Students Beaumont Court: Summer Stay

I am looking for someone to take over my contract with Unite for summer 2018, as I am a student at UCL not living here over the summer. The accommodation is in a great location only a ten minute walk from Camden High Street and close to St. Pancras International, Kings Cross station, Regent's Park, UCL and most of central London with easy access to the tube from Mornington Crescent Station. Facilities include a laundry room, common room, delivery collection service and cleaning of the kitchen/living room. The room is a premium en-suite with a 3/4 bed, a desk, storage space such as a wardrobe and shelves, and free Wi-Fi. Due to it being a premium room there is access to the roof terrace. The building is under full management so there are no bills and any issues can be dealt with by staff, whom are friendly and helpful. My flatmates are quite, keep to themselves and are nice, so the room is perfect summer students who need somewhere to stay and/or study. Please contact me for a viewing if you are interested.
