Single Room in Nice Area

Available for 7 months (now till end of feb, possible short extension till april but assume till end of feb)

Ravenscourt park is at end of road, very good thai restaurant near by.. mini tesco and sainsbury make for convenience.. the room has a double bed and a next door loo so quite separate to rest of house...there is a water filter (kitchen)...the one draw back is the tube is quite close so not completely quiet all the time.. the room has fair bit of storage

my daughter and i are often out when she is not at school

looking for someone who keeps to them self, reasonably tidy and is out working in the day

there are 3 of us..1 existing lodger (who works and keeps to himself) myself and an 7 year old girl...(some may not like this but her temperament is good)
