Double bedroom in our lovely Chiswick flat

Hello! Our friend Bianca is sadly moving out, so we are looking for a considerate and clean person in their mid/late 20s to mid-30s who would like to take over her room. We would love to live with someone who will fit in with our lifestyle, appreciates the flat as much as we do and is keen on making memories with us.

A little bit about us:
We are Alessa (28), Sub-Editor & Translator, and Daisy (27), Fashion Buyer, both working full-time Mondays to Fridays, sometimes from home, sometimes in the office. In our free time we like to exercise (you can find us running and doing Pilates), spend time with friends, and explore London's food scene.
We love to spend time with each other over cooking, a cup of tea or a movie night (currently obsessed with MAFS Australia) but also respect each other's space. Please note that we are not a party flat (we do like to go out on the weekends, though). We have a cleaning rota but of course also make sure that we are cleaning after ourselves in between.

The flat and location:
Our fully furnished ground floor flat is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet still just a short walk away from all the excitement of Chiswick High Street and Hammersmith with their restaurants, shops and everything you could possibly need.
The flat is very spacious with high ceilings, a bright kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and an additional separate toilet.

Our flat is well connected, Stamford Brook station (District Line) is just a 4 minute walk away, and bus stops close by are being served by the 94 and the 237. If you like being out, Ravenscourt Park as well as the riverside are within walking distance, making it perfect for (coffee) walks and runs.

The room:
Your room comes with a double bed, bedside table and a wardrobe. Additionally, Bianca would be happy to sell you her desk and chair if you would like that :-)

More to know:
Please note, the price stated in the ad doesn't include bills, they would come up to approximately £163 cpm (Council Tax Band E, internet, water, gas & electricity). Additionally, the agency is charging a non-refundable fee of £69 for the reference checks.

You would be moving in on 01st May and we would like to conduct viewings as soon as possible to give the agency enough time for the reference checks etc.
