I am looking for a lovely person to move into my really comfortable interior designed flat. The room for rent is newly refurbished. can add or take away items. The ensuite also newly refurbished has yet to be used! Both rooms are a good size. 2x double wardrobes/drawers. plenty of other storage in the flat. Garage available incase more storage required. Decoration is eclectic with peices collected from all over the world.
Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Turnham green and Stamford Brook tubes. 94 bus to Oxford St. stops in fron of the building.
The flat is in a block set back from the road, it is very quiet. Ground and lower ground (stairs down). Lovely private garden , Patio, plus a large communal garden to the rear of the block. Very nicely aspected, rare in London.
Very safe, security gates at entrance. Free parking available if required.
Im looking for somebody in full time work who does not work from home. Easy going, friendly but respects personal space of others. Must be trustworthy, kind with a sense of humour. An animal lover would be a plus. (we have a family of foxes in the garden) no minimum or maximum stay. I am looking for a professional male/female.
