Double room for rent in Stamford Brook

Hello, we are Ross and Bex. We've been flatmates for more than 7 years and our lovely third flatmate is moving out soon. We're looking for someone to fill the beautiful double room in our gorgeous flat. We are both on the move quite a lot with our jobs but enjoy spending time as a flat when we are home (flatmate dinners, theatre nights etc).
We're looking for someone clean and tidy, who likes to socialise sometimes but is also happy to do their own thing too.
The flat is on the second floor of an old mansion block with high ceilings and lovely period details but all mod-cons. It's just a 5-minute stroll from the tube (District Line). Council Tax band F.
The bedroom is unfurnished but has lots of fitted wardrobes. There is a living room and spacious kitchen.
