A fully furnished cosy double room has opened up in our lovely home in Stamford brook. 🌳

The flat is a stones throw away from the station, Hammersmith and Chiswick high-street, walks to the Thames whilst still being 30mins into central.

If you’re looking for a place to call home rather than just a flat share, this is the right place for you. Shared with three other girls: we all love a wine and sofa chit chat, movie nights in or a spontaneous dinner/ pub quiz and sometimes a boogie out. 🍷Though sociable, we all have busy schedules and value each others personal space. We respect that it is a shared living space and hope the new housemate will do so too.

Sophie (30): works in estate management and can either be seen jetting off on her next holiday, dropping it on the dance floor or cycling around Richmond park.

Alex (29): Works in Film. Somehow knows all the fun things to do in london: adventure packed to garden festivals or art galleries. She’s also got nonnas recipes in the kitchen!

Beth (29): also works in Film. Knows everything about every reality show, the latest movies and always has a book in hand. Her stories will always crack you up!

I’m sadly moving out for my own personal reasons but means this home is now available for the next person who will love it as much as I have. ☺️

Rent: £825pcm + £120-150 bills depending on the season. We share cleaning products and this is bought every few months in bulk and split by 4.
You’d be taking over a contract that ends end of August 2025.
