We have two double rooms available in a mansion flat five minutes walk from Stamford Brook station.

The larger room (Room 1) is £809PCM and the smaller room (Room 2) is £773PCM.

This is a lovely Victorian mansion flat with a three bedrooms, a kitchen, small balcony and a large living room. The flat has three bedrooms and I am a young professional looking for two young professionals to move in to the other two rooms. Please feel free to enquire about either one or both of the rooms.

Due to stipulations from the letting agent, you must be earning at least 2.5 times your yearly rent (£23,190 for the smaller room and £24,270 for the larger one).
