Room Available in 3-Bed Maisonette in Hammersmith

We’re looking for a female flatmate to replace me in a 3-bedroom maisonette from mid Feb for a 4 month stay.

The household currently consists of two women and one AFAB non-binary person. It is a quiet, clean, and considerate home, and we’re looking for someone who similarly values cleanliness, respect for shared spaces, and a calm living environment. We would prefer someone postgrad, or around our age or older.

The available room is a small bedroom, and you would share a bathroom with the two other tenants.

Rent: £857 per month (excluding bills)

Location:
• 5-minute walk from Stamford Brook station
• Easy access to Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, and Chiswick via multiple bus routes
• Border of Hammersmith and Chiswick. Nearby amenities 5 minute walk and large Sainsbury’s 10 minute Bus.

Disclaimer: The wardrobe, dresser, desk, and TV in the bedroom was purchased by me and may be sold.

Tenancy details:
• Move-in: from 20 Feb
• Rent payments due: 20 Feb, 20 March, 20 April, 20 May
• Tenancy ends: 19 June (approximately a 4-month stay)
