Double Room available

Hi,

I have a double room available in my two bed flat. It's a two minute walk from Stamford Brook tube station (District line and Piccadilly from Hammersmith, two stops away), so it's handy for transport links. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Piccadilly Circus.

As for the flat itself, it comes with wireless broadband, landline, sky+, big tv, sofabed, music system, power shower with hot water available 24 hours a day.

The kitchen has everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooker, microwave etc!

All bills are included in the price, so electricity, council tax, water, phone, and all the rest.

Entry to building is by keypad. The common areas in the building are currently being refurbished, new lighting system, corridors re-painted and new carpets. There is a "24 hour" petrol station and shop across the street. Parking available with flat also (first come first served basis).

As for me, I'm 26, work in the City for an insurance company. I keep the place fairly tidy (without going overboard!) and am interested in music (live gigs as well), movies, sport, keeping fit (ish), and general drinking/socialising. I think I am a pretty considerate person and like chilling out watching tv with a flatmate but also have no problem with giving them personal space and letting them do their own thing.

Some other random details:

Hammersmith & City line is nearby from Hammersmith or Goldhawk Road stations. Heathrow airport is about 45 minutes on the tube from the flat.

Also, bus stop across the street (number 237) which brings you to Westfield shopping centre in in 7 or 8 minutes. Also in Shepherd's Bush is the Central Line and London Overground line, as well as pubs, cinema, shops etc.

5 minute walk to Chiswick High Road and King Street, for pubs, shops, etc. Night bus from Piccadilly stops at the top of Goldhawk Road also - the N9 (if I remember correctly).
