Lovely double room :) in Stamford hill N15

Our lovely flatmate is moving to the seaside and her room will be available from August ✨

We are 32 (spanish) and 43 (english/french) couple who lead a comfy work and social life! My partner is the creative director of an open access workshop for designers and manufacturers and I do therapeutic massage. Also studied a masters in clinical psychology with the idea of specialising in mindfulness (MBCT). :)

We love chilling/chatting/cooking at home with a beer, wine/movie/takeaway as much as a proper party/night out!

The house is a Victorian first floor flat, really bright and sunny (when London wants!). Its airy and spacious and has high ceilings. There are two double bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet which are set over 3 levels. (central heating, washing machine, dishwasher and really fast fiberoptic internet).
Its a peaceful, comfortable and cool space to live in.

The double room is south facing with a big sash window. It has a double bed, mini desk with stools and a huge wardrobe with 4 draws. There is 1 months deposit and the rent is £950 pcm all bills included and cleaning.

Our street is really quiet with good transport links. -Bus routes 254/253/67/476/318 and Stamford Hill Overground station are all less than two minutes walk. (17 minutes to the city on the train) Seven Sisters and Manor House tube stations are also 10/15 minutes walk away. 24h Amenities within a 5 -10min walk. Great food and bars close by in Stoke Newington and Green Lanes.
