Bright Single Room Great Location N15 £500pcm

We are looking for a friendly flatmate to a fill a bright and cosy single room in a lovely flat 10 mins walk from Seven Sisters Station, 17 mins walk to Manor House Station and 10 mins walk to Stamford Hill Overground Station.

We are both aspiring filmmakers with one of us working full time as a runner in advertising and the other working at a cinema. We like to hang out with a beer or two on our spacious deck or watch movies/tv in the living room. We are outgoing but extremely considerate and not ones to make a lot of noise.

Though the room is small, it's been recently painted and comes with a wardrobe and the option of a 1.5 sized bed (as opposed to a single). There is a fair amount of space throughout the flat that we haven't done much with yet so is pretty much fair game for whoever takes the room. Bills (water, gas/electric, council tax and broadband) tend to be around the £80-90 mark each month.

We are super friendly, clean, and easy going so ideally looking for someone who would describe themselves similarly...also fans of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia are encouraged :)
