Double close to Stoke Newington

Hi everyone, we are Noemi and Laura and we are looking for a new flatmate from the beginning of February!
The room is a double and it comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, bedside table and the option of keeping the tall bookshelf if you need it.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly, in an age rage 30-38. The flat is not suitable for WFH as it is quite small and it would be tricky for everybody if there's always someone at home.
There is a shared living room with plenty of light and some storage. We would prefer someone who doesn't own too much stuff, especially kitchen wise, as we like to keep it clutter free and tidy :)
We have a cleaning rota where we all clean every week, to make it less burdensome and to do deep cleanings here and there when needed.

Both me and Noemi are really chill people and would like to keep the relaxing vibe we have created in the past year! Definitely not a party house, but we do enjoy the occasional chat and laugh after work.

Laura works as a freelance for events and Noemi has only recently graduated, so still navigating the job market but will hopefully get her dream job soon!
