Single room to let

Hi there i have 1 single room to let.
About myself.
I am a live in landlord and have been letting my empty rooms out to lodgers.
I live with my small family downstairs and upstairs is on rent. I have a couple upstairs who are absolutley lovely.

£650 including all bills.

Some house rules:

1) Being respectful and Clean
2) No visitors allowed after 8pm.
3) Zero Alcohol!
4) No Smoking!
5) ZERO PORK! As we are Muslim.
6) No loud music etc.
7) Rent to be paid on time (cash only).
8) I like to have my own space and no use of garden

Washing machine use only once a week.
