Room in peaceful apartment

Double room (16m2) in Springfield next to the river Lee. With some additional storage available.
The photos currently up are indicative as it is currently occupied, but the room will be furnished to the satisfaction of the renter.
The windows have wooden lovers shutters and external fly screens.
I am a professional and work about 20% at home and 80% out. I’m friendly and easygoing. There are two toilets (one for the guest) and one shared bathroom where there is a dedicated cabinet.
The kitchen has a washing machine and air drying facilities.
There is a local bus (318) and Seven Sisters is 10-15 minutes walk. This is not a major transport hub but it borders Walthamstow marshes which is a 37 Hectare Site of Special Scientific interest.

The Flat is on the ground floor and is next to the river a great place to take a walk and clear the cobwebs.

A cleaner will visit weekly. (Optional for guest room) common areas are kept tidy.
I’m relaxed about occasional visitors but like to have things quiet after about 9:00. There are no strict and firm rules except to share the space in a respectful way (that rule applies to both occupants)
The rent is £800 for single occupancy and £1000 for double occupancy.
All bills are included.
