One double room in very spacious flat - £724pcm

I'm one of the current tenants in the flat but I will be the one moving out. Very recently I got a new job which requires moving asap really (I'm a secondary school teacher). The flatmates you will be sharing with are Meghan (25) and Lexi (22), both of which are lovely, friendly and great to live with, routinely keep things clean and great conversations all round! Meghan works in education with very young children and Lexi is a chef. Definitely not a party house but of course very friendly. Since I'm moving out, they're looking preferably for another female tenant (aged 22-30, but certainly no older) who's clean and nice to live with of course :)

Once we sort out who is taking the room, the sooner you can move in the better, but there definitely is some flexibility here so don't be put off by this either

The flat itself is extremely spacious, only shared between 3 people so lots of room to store food etc. Very large kitchen and living room. Never had any issues having to cook at the same time/not enough storage space. It's honestly a bargain for what it is really. Around £830 a month, everything included. The room itself is very big too.

Location is extremely good, South Tottenham station literally 4 mins walk away and Seven Sisters under 10 mins walk. 10/15mins walk from Stoke Newington, which has tonnes of nice restaurants and pubs. Central London in 30 minutes!

The agency that manages the property happens to be extremely response when we've had issues too e. g. replacing a fridge is 24hrs of it being reported.
