Hi all, we're looking to fill a double room from 5 Jan - 28 Feb in this big 5 bed Hackney house in a beautiful area overlooking the River Lea & Springfield Park.

The house is shared with calm, respectful housemates who value both social time and personal space. We're all queer and or trans, majority poc, age 29+, and work across the arts, education, and charity sectors.

You'll also be living with a big orange cat called Bug 🐈 , and sadly we can't accept any more pets!

Furnished but without decorations seen in photos. Current housemates may be able to sort out some temporary furniture arrangements - open to discussions!
Ground floor, looks out to a quiet cul-de-sac in the neighbourhood.
Bills not included. Likely £100-130 pcm including council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet.

== Access Info ==
The house is split across three levels. Room 1 is on the first floor - up one flight of 12 steps - along with one shared shower and toilet, and Room 2 on the ground floor. The kitchen and a second bathroom are on the basement/garden level accessed down one flight of 13 steps. Our front door is also up a few steps, and there is no doorbell or intercom entry system.
