Double room in Stamford Hill area ✨

We’re a group of 4 young professionals (1 couple and 2 girls) looking for an easy-going sociable housemate to move into a spare room in our house share 😊

📍 Location: the house is located in Stamford Hill, within walking distance to Finsbury Park. Super good Overground transport links into Liverpool Street and the Victoria line is accessible via Seven Sisters which is a short 10-15 min walk. Stoke Newington is just below and has lots of nice shops and parks too. Clissold Park, South Tottenham rail station, and Tottenham Hale rail station are also within walking distance.

🏡 About the house: the house is a nice Victorian building which has been renovated over the years and is split over 3 floors, with a nice kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely veranda and garden. There’s also a shed in the garden if you want to put your bike there.

🛏️ About the room: the room is a good size double, and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, large desk, drawers, and side table (see pictures for additional included furniture). Ideal for working from home. It gets direct sunlight in the morning.

💵 Bills include council tax (Haringey band D), internet, energy, water, and basic communal amenities: ~£100-120 pcm (cost of living crisis, yay).

👯 About us: we’re all easy going and enjoy socialising in common spaces, though we completely respect each other’s time alone. We’re quite chill about cleanliness but like to keep things tidy.

🧑 About you: we are looking for someone who is easygoing and up for living in a sociable environment. We’re queer-friendly and we’re fine with smoking on the veranda. Ideally, we're looking for a professional aged 26-34 who is willing to stay a minimum of 6 months to a year.
