Hi,
I have a single room to rent, 1 cupboard, 1 chest drawer and brand new bed with matress (on order).
About me (landlord), i live with my wife and 3 kids downstairs 7, 2 and 1. Very well behaved, my wife is at home all the time and not working currently and myself at work in islington. Tenants upstairs, are an absolute gem, very clean couple and quiet There are 3 rooms upstairs and i only rent out 2 rooms and 1 single room is now available.
Kitchen is seperate upstairs and will be shared with the other tenant. There is also a single toilet and seperate bathroom with toilet shared with other tenant.
My ammenties are totally seperate.
Some house rules:
1) Being respectful and Clean
2) No visitors allowed after 8pm.
3) Zero Alcohol!
4) No Smoking!
5) ZERO PORK! As we are Muslim.
6) No loud music etc.
7) Rent to be paid on time (cash only).
8) I like to have my own space and no use of garden
Washing machine use once a week.
