A double room is available to live with me in a lovely two-bedroom flat. The flat is part of a terraced house in a quiet but well-connected part of Stamford Hill. My housemate is moving out in September, so you’d be filling her room, which has a nice view of the gardens below and gets lots of natural light. The flat has a bright living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

The flat is 15 minute walk into Stoke Newington/Clissold Park, 10 minutes to Springfield Park, 10 minutes to the Woodberry Down reservoirs and 5 minutes to Stamford Hill overground station that brings you straight to Liverpool Street. Seven Sisters on the Victoria line is also very close.

A bit about me: I’m 35, I work in the not-for-profit sector and have a mix of wfh and in office work schedule. I enjoy working out, swimming, watching independent cinema and doing a lot of reading in my free time. But also hanging out with friends, going to gigs and riding my bike when it’s a lovely day outside.
I love living in this flat, which is peaceful and very relaxing. I am a very friendly, clean, and considerate housemate, and I wish to find someone similar to me please 😊.

Rent is £830 excluding bills which are around £185 on top. Please note that the room comes completely unfurnished but the desk that you see in the pictures is built in. There’s space for a king-size double bed, a chest of drawers and, as in the pic, room for a long mirror and a clothes rail or a small wardrobe.

The room is available from around the first week of September.
