Large Room in Stamford Hill

I am a music producer who has a small studio in the top room. I teach some guitar lessons in there and produce music. I make noise sometimes but am generally on headphones.

I teach guitar in upstairs room and have the small bedroom. I'm looking for someone to occupy the large bedroom.

I would like someone who isn't a party animal but is also happy to be around that on the odd occasion.

I have found Stamford Hill to be an extremely safe area to live, there seems to be very minimal crime in the area.
