As I am moving to get closer to my work, 1 double room will be available to rent from end December.

💸 MONEY:

Rent including bills are 620£, must be paid the 15th of each month to the landlord.

Deposit is 750£

It is transferred tenant to tenant on an agreed date before moving in, as a way to secure the swap for both parties!

So when you move in, you will be paying the deposit and the rent for December-January. As I move the 20th December, I will pay back the 5 extra days to you.

Wifi broadband (around 300Mps) is 5£ a month per person.

The room is on the 2nd floor
All furnished except for the desk, lots of storage.

Small entrance hall where you could put a bike
1 bathroom + toilets on 2nd floor

1 washing machine for clothes (no dryer)

1 small garden with shelters
1 shared living room

You will be sharing the house with 4 other tenants.
There will be 5 tenants in total including you.
All working as dancer/gymnase/comedian in their late 20'. Jessica/Telisa/Joshua/ you and another tenant which is going to arrive in December

5min to Stamford Hill bus, 253/254 (Euston/Aldgate)
5min to Stamford Hill overground, going to Liverpool Street etc, in 20min
10min to bus station for 259 (Kings Cross)

12min to a medium size Sainsbury's
There's a small groceries store opening late down the street
Small parc next the house
