Bright double in 3-bed warehouse by canal

We have a lovely bright double room going in our 3-bedrooom warehouse unit on the canal in Stamford Hill. We have just moved in ourselves and looking to fill the lease so the room is available immediately.

The room is partly furnished, but you're welcome to replace any furniture in the room with your own. As it's a warehouse, you're also welcome to paint the walls any way that you want!

The warehouse is located within walking distance of Stamford Hill Brodway which has local shops, as well as Seven Sisters and South Tottenham/Tottenham Hale for great transport links.

It is a quiet warehouse district with professional creatives. The unit has a shared garden area, a plaform overlooking the canal, as well as an outdoor workshop.

You will be living with two professionals working in events and the arts.

Knotty works full time in events for a festival / adventure camp. She works between the office, home and the field, depending on the time of year. Odne works remotely in tech and as an acting teacher.

We are looking for a tidy, respectful, queer / queer friendly person who is proactive in the space, and would enjoy cooking / chilling / being creative together. We are not a party warehouse, but have friends over for dinners / drinks / films etc.

Bills are not included in the rent - council tax is 52 each pm, internet is 9, gas and electric are season dependent.
