Hello! We are looking for a lovely housemate to fill a room. The flat is next to Stamford hill station, and 10 minutes from Manor house.

You'll be sharing with two relaxed and friendly professionals in their mid/late-20s: Pierre (myself), who works in the public sector and enjoys music, long walks, and reading; and Ezra, who works in the charity sector.
We're quite independent and out and about during the week, but also sociable!

THE FLAT

The flat is a 3 bedroom on the 2nd floor (there is elevator access, though not the most spacious of elevators) of a late-century block of flats

There is a cozy shared lounge/dining area with tv, sofas, plants, and there is a kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat itself is pretty big and spacious.

The room is technically a double room (it has and can fit a double bed), but really on the small side, probably not big enough to fit a desk for instance. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

You'll be just a couple of minutes walk away from Stamford Hill station, and a 5-10 minute bus ride away from Manor House. The Victoria Line is also quite accessible at Seven Sisters (via the Weaver line or a 10-15 minute walk) and Finsbury Park (a 10-15 minute bus ride away).

RENT - £790 pm (bills included). Council tax is band C

Before the new renter's right's act, we had a 2-year contract that still has over a year left in it - now, technically I think landlords can in theory force a new contract with higher rent when a new tenant joins an HMO, but hopefully our landlord will honour the spirit of the old contract and rent won't go up for a year :) if that sounds confusing or worrying happy to chat through it
