Ideal move-in date October 1st

Costs:
590 rent + roughly 120 in bills (in winter) = 710pcm max
Take-over of the contract would happen in October with a fee of £50:
The 1 year contract renews on the 8th of October which could potentially mean a very symbolic increase in rent.

The room:
The room would be mostly furnished - built in closet, cupboard and black mirror and double bed are staying! At the moment there’s also a desk and a chair that are mine but I‘d be willing to leave you for a little cash.

There is a door which opens directly onto our private garden that serves as a perfect extension of the space in the summer.

The house:
- Spacious combined living room & fully equipped kitchen area
- One bathroom with shower
- New washing machine (installed in June last year)

Housemates:
Two 31 years old women working in a very interdisciplinary manner accross painting, sculpture and music, fashion and yoga therapy. Not a party house as everyone is quite busy with varying time schedules, however we really enjoy spending our time together as well. We treat the space as a home - paying attention to tidiness and keeping it warm and welcoming. LGBTQ+ friendly 💖

You’ll be a great fit if you’re a London-based professional that’s looking for a peaceful home. We also have a cat, Priscilla, that lives in the garden so a cat-lover would be a plus! 🐈‍⬛ Also, a master lever student would be ideal so that they can continue to be freed from council tax.

10 minute walk to Stamford Hill overground station
12 minute walk to South Tottenham overground station
