Double room to rent in Stamford Hill

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving back to Canada. I have double room to rent in my flat in Stamford Hill, which is about a 7 minute walk to Stamford Hill overground station and a 15 minute walk to Manor House underground. The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Woodberry Down Park, and a 20 minute walk from Clissold Park.

I am ideally looking for a flatmate who wants a calm, clean and very friendly vibe at home. I'm quite social and love chatting over dinner at the end of a long day or watching a film, but am equally respectful of other people's privacy.

A bit more about me: I'm 33 years old and am originally from Canada. I have lived in London for over 9 years, and currently work for in Family & Children's Services at a local authority. Like many other millennials, I love a good romantasy series, and binging on the latest Love is Blind season. Some of my more sophisticated hobbies include learning the piano and flute, as well as crochet. :)

The apartment comes fully furnished as shown in the photos. Included in the kitchen is a dishwasher as well was laundry machine. The living room gets quite a bit of light during the daytime and is a lovely place to lounge and unwind in after a busy day at work.

The bedroom to rent comes with a double bed, wardrobe and shelves. The room is available from mid-October Rent is £810 per month and bills come to approximately £160 a month (includes wifi, water, energy and council tax). The deposit will be one months rent.
