Double room to rent in Stamford Hill

Hello!

I will be moving back to Canada and am looking for someone to replace me in my flatshare. The available room is a double room and is about a 7 minute walk to Stamford Hill overground station and a 15 minute walk to Manor House underground. The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Woodberry Down Park (& the subsequent reservoirs), and a 20 minute walk from Clissold Park & Abney Park Cemetery Trust, so is in close proximity of some really lovely green space :)

A little bit about the flatmate: she is 34, originally from Switzerland, and has been living in London since 2019. She works as a graphic designer and spends a lot of her free time dancing - she's really into salsa and usually go to classes a few times a week, as well as going dancing at weekends. Outside of that, she enjoys catching up with friends over brunch or drinks, exploring London, and generally making the most of what the city has to offer. She really likes having a friendly atmosphere at home, whether that’s chatting about our days, watching a series, playing a board game or having a glass of red wine every now and then, while also respecting each other's spaces.

The apartment comes fully furnished as shown in the photos. Included in the kitchen is a dishwasher as well was laundry machine. The living room gets quite a bit of light during the daytime and is a lovely place to lounge and unwind in after a busy day at work.

The bedroom to rent comes with a double bed and wardrobe. The dresser, desk, night stand and office chair are all mine, and which I am looking to sell (although if you wanted them to come with the room, I am happy to discuss pricing). The room is available from 17th October. Rent is £840 per month and bills come to approximately £170 a month on top of this (includes wifi, water, energy and council tax). The deposit will be approximately one months rent.
