3-mo sublet in 3-bed homely warehouse on the canal

We have a lovely double room going in our 3-bedrooom warehouse unit on the canal between Clapton and Tottenham Hale.

Move in date - Mon 27th Oct.

The quiet warehouse district is located within walking distance of Stamford Hill Broadway for local shops, as well as Seven Sisters and South Tottenham/Tottenham Hale for great transport links.

The warehouse is right on the canal and 5 minutes walk from Springfield Park, Markfield Park and Walthamstow Marshes. It is a quiet warehouse district with professional creatives. The unit has a shared garden area, a deck overlooking the canal, as well as an outdoor workshop.

We have a large communal space you'll share with 2 others, complete with large dining table, comfy sofas, plants, a projector, games, KRK speakers and dimmable lighting. Up on the indoor balcony we have a cosy reading nook, and a desk area which you're very welcome to use.

The room is furnished (desk, double bed with new mattress, office chair, comfy chair, big rail, lots of drawers, plants!).Unlike a lot of warehouse rooms, it has a window which opens to the outside!

About us: You will be living with two professionals working in events and the arts. Rachel (34) works full time for the council as a Youth support worker, she works between the office, home and the field. Odne (36) works remotely in tech and as an acting teacher. Both big fans of both marsh walks and the odd party – the best of both worlds!

We are looking for a tidy, respectful person (ideally queer, definitely an ally). We are not a party warehouse, but have friends over for dinners / drinks / films etc, and you're very welcome to do the same.

Bills are not all included in the rent - water is free, council tax is 52 each pm, internet is 9, gas and electric are season dependent. We also have a fortnightly cleaner (9 each).
