Double room in shared flat

I have a double room up for rent! You will share the two bedroom flat with me. I’ve been living here for 4 years and my current house mates have moved out and need a new flat mate to sign the next 12 months with me it’s a bright double room in Stamford Hill within 10min walking distance to all the nice pubs and restaurants in Stoke Newington. The flat is a nice size landlord are quick to fix things when broken. The rent is £740 and bills come in around 300 a month split, I’m chilled out and not a party flat I’m looking for someone who’s is chill! You will need to provide a reference and 3 months bank statements.
