Large room in Stamford Hill Houseshare

I’m sadly leaving this lovely, all girls large Stamford hill house! It’s only a stones through away from both Stoke newington and Finsbury park, tucked away on a quiet street. It’s well connected, a 4-5 minute walk from Stamford Hill overground, for the Weaver line(Liverpool street), which also connects you to Victoria line at Seven sisters (one stop) or the Picadilly line is just a couple minutes on the bus to Manor house station.

I’m looking for someone to replace me in our joint lease (female identifying/non-binary only pls) - which goes till September 26’! The room itself is very large, with amble space for both desk, couch, yoga mat etc. A space to really make a home for yourself.

It’s a lovely group of girls, 4 Irish and 1 Aussie - all in our mid-twenties. Most our working professionals;

Faye, 25, works in Translation,
Isabelle, 22, a manager at a restaurant Bridgette, 27, a dance teacher!

It’s a lovely cosy house, with a large garden, kitchen, unfortunately no living room but your room is very large, so has enough space to fit a couch and desk etc as you can see in photos! We often do activities together, going to the local Spence bakery on the weekend, grabbing a glass of wine, or just a movie night in. Equally, we also really value a relaxed atmosphere to unwind in - so its a relaxed atmosphere during the week.
