A COMPACT ROOM IN MANOR HOUSE
MOVE IN DATE: January 1st 2026 (Can be flexible)
Rent including Bills: £588 💸
(Gas and electric is topped up separately and weekly so you would be responsible once a month, usually about £30. This is part of the cleaning rota)
The flat:
The room is the smallest in the flat and as people move in and out we upgrade to a bigger room. (I chose to stay in the small room for a year i found it cosy 🧸
We do not have a living room, the flat consists of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bath.
Upon moving in you will need to pay a deposit of £368 and rent by the 31st of December. You will be added to splitwise to start sharing expenses such as gas and electric top ups and cleaning supplies.
The area:
Transport, the area is extremely well connected with buses, overgrounds and undergrounds.
-10 min walk to Manor house underground (piccadilly)
- 10 minute walk to stanford hill overground (weaver)
- 15 minute walk to seven sisters underground and overground (piccadilly and victoria and overground)
-20 min walk to finsbury park station (Victoria piccadilly and overground)
What's around, the flat is a 10 minute walk to Finsbury park and a 15 minute walk to Stoke newington. Both areas are full of lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and charity shops.
Who you’ll be living with:
Dakoda, Divianne and Beth. A bunch of homebodies that enjoy a quieter life, getting crafty, baking together, doing tarot, taking turns hosting movie nights in our rooms, going on walks around the reservoir, we’re also partial to sharing a bottle of wine (or two) and decompressing after a long day.
Beth 🌷Works in the film/tv industry, and part time in hospitality. Audhd & queer. She enjoys cooking for people, hand crafts, bead embroidery and fixing things, tarot, home renovation and making apothecary stuff like oils and soaps.
Dakoda 🌷20 yr old Australian, works as a SEN TA and part time at a pub. Enjoys reading, theatre, travelling and a good film/tv show. Likes to yap and occasionally bake cookies for the flat.
Divianne🌷from France, currently works part time as a barista but her main occupation is music. She loves hikes, playing guitar, swimming and astrology. Having her own space is important to her but she loves a deep chat and a good laugh and is always up for spending some time together.
The girls have been the loveliest roommates I’ve had and I'm sad to be leaving them in London. It is a small flat so It's important to keep the flat a safe and relaxed space.
What were looking for in a flatmate🧚🏻
Considerate with a genuine interest in becoming a part of the ‘family’. Who’s keen to help make the flat a home, with an interest to make the space theirs and keep it clean and tidy (we have a weekly rota).
Communication is key! We want someone who’s comfortable being honest and open with us, keeping an open dialogue so when any issues arise we can resolve them quickly. We also have a shared calendar to make communication easier.
If interested please let me know a little bit about yourself, and what you are looking for. Given it is a busy time of the year and a tight schedule I am happy to do viewings in person and over facetime.
Looking forward to hearing from you🧚🏻
