A fully furnished room is available in our 3-bedroom flat, located 1 minute from the Texaco N17. You’ll be sharing a comfortable, well-equipped home:

Shared Kitchen: Dishwasher and a large chest freezer (perfect for long-term storage).

Home Features: Washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, shared living room, and bathroom.

Parking: Free side road parking on weekends; weekday restrictions apply only 10 am – 2 pm.

Meet Your Flatmates You’ll be sharing with two others:

Me: I’m a college teacher (16+) usually out from 8 am to 6 pm. I’m friendly, tidy, and considerate; I enjoy a good chat but value privacy too. In the evenings, I like to relax with shisha.

Flatmate 2: A recent Computer Science graduate currently looking for his first role in the field. He’s a pleasant, free-spirited person who enjoys spontaneous walks and heading out to the pub.

House Culture & Rules We are a friendly household that values a clean and comfortable living space.

Cleanliness: We keep things reasonably tidy and expect a new flatmate to do the same.

Smoking: This is a smoker-friendly flat.

Alcohol-Free Home: Due to religious beliefs, this is a strictly alcohol-free household. While we enjoy our social lives, no alcohol is permitted on the premises.
