I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to share a lovely two-bedroom flat in Stamford Hill and create a relaxed, welcoming home together.

The location is fantastic, with Stamford Hill Station just a 5-minute walk away, Seven Sisters around 12 minutes on foot, and Stoke Newington only 20 minutes away.

The flat is currently being given a refresh, with a brand-new kitchen being installed and all rooms freshly painted, so everything will feel bright, fresh and newly updated.

The flat is furnished, although the available bedroom is currently unfurnished. I’m happy to arrange a bed if needed, and there’s flexibility for you to make the space your own.

A little about me

I’m a photographer originally from Cambridge and have lived in London for the last 20 years. I love the arts, film, theatre, museums, books, great food and discovering all the wonderful places London has to offer.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys living in a clean, tidy and relaxed home. This would suit someone who appreciates the occasional glass of wine, sharing a meal and good conversation around the table, rather than living in a party house.

I’m sociable and friendly, but equally respectful of personal space and privacy. I’d love the flat to feel like a genuine home: comfortable, easy-going and welcoming.
