Double Room - Stamford Hill

Hello!
We have a room available in our flat in Stamford Hill from July 1st – rent is £800 per month excluding bills and council tax (band C) which usually come to about £100/£110 (so around £900 a month altogether!).
The location is fantastic, just a ten-minute walk down to Stoke Newington High Street, with bus stops immediately outside the flat (149, 243, 76, 67, 476 routes) , Morrisons, Lidl and the Weaver line all walkable within minutes and the Victoria line a ten-minute bus away.
The room available is the largest in the flat, which includes a lovely sitting room, a kitchen and one bathroom. The previous tenant will be taking the furniture except for the wardrobe with them, so you’ll be free to decorate the room the room as you like! You’ll be living with two women in their mid 20s:
Emma is a customer experience manager and usually works from our sitting room desk two or three days a week. In her time off she enjoys cooking and baking, is part of a choir and has recently taken up roller-skating lessons! (she’s crushing it)
Juliet is a bartender so is often enough home during the day - when she’s not working she loves to read, write poetry, watch films and do general little bits of art!
While we are both vegan or vegetarian, a flatmate who does eat animal products is in no way an issue for us. Like most everyone we’d love for our new flatmate to be someone looking for a home rather than just a room – we chat loads when we’re both home, watch films/TV together and love to head out for dinner, drinks or little day trips together!
