Room for rent Stokey/Stamford hill council house

We’re looking for a new housemate to take the room on the second floor!

📍 LOCATION
Just off the main road in a quiet spot with excellent transport links. There are 24/7 buses, and it’s within easy reach of Dalston, Seven Sisters, Stoke Newington Overground, Clapton, and Springfield Park. Church Street, Morrisons, Lidl, and a late-night corner shop are all within walking distance. It’s a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of green space.

🏡 THE FLAT
The flat is spread over two floors and has five bedrooms. There isn’t a communal living room, but everyone has their own schedule and busy life, so the house is generally calm and quiet. We rarely all cross paths.

There’s also a small balcony that’s handy for bikes or drying washing. No garden, but there are lots of parks nearby.

🛏 THE ROOM
The room will have bed & table, as the current tenant is taking everything with them. That said, they furnished it almost entirely with affordable Facebook Marketplace finds from the local area, so it’s easy to do the same without spending much x

👋 WHO YOU’LL BE LIVING WITH
We’re all in our late 20s to early 30s, friendly, relaxed, and respectful of each other’s space.

🙌 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who’s social, queer friendly, also happy doing their own thing, tidy, easygoing, and considerate as we all work different hours:) so it’s never feels like a full house
