4-5 month let - Double room in 2 bed garden flat

Hello!

I'm renting out my spacious double room for up to 5 months from mid Aug, with the possibility to extend on a rolling month by month basis after that.

It's a 2-bed garden flat in Stamford Hill which has been recently renovated. £900 all in.

The flat is right next to Clapton Common on a quiet, very peaceful and safe residential street. It's also only a few mins walk from Springfield Park which is beautiful.

The whole flat was renovated last year and has a lovely dine-in kitchen and living area that backs onto the garden.

The room is furnished and has 4 under bed drawers and a built-in corner wardrobe.

Looking for someone easy going and chilled, preferably not too messy.
