Double room available in warehouse on the river

Looking to sublet my room in Ravensdale industrial estate. It's about a 20 minute walk from Fountayne road. The room is a small-ish double in a large warehouse unit, which has been sub-divided into 3-bedroom studios, so it's got some of the good things about warehouses (lots of living/working space, hands-off landlords, nice community), but at the same time you're not sharing your living space with a huge group of people.

The studio itself has a nice big open-plan area downstairs, and there's a mezzanine with a projector and some couches. There are two very nice flatmates, Roberto and Alvaro, both in their 30s.
There's also a big shared backyard which is perfect for BBQs in the summer and tribal chanting around a barrel-fire in the winter.

It's initially until January 31st, but there may be an option to extend or take over the contract then. Also, there's flexibility about the leaving date - I can probably hold off up to another month in any case.

Deposit will only be 540 upon taking on the full contract, in the meantime it's £200.
