Secure underground parking (at additional cost), 25 foot decked roof terrace with views of the Regent's canal, good sized lounge/diner with.
10 min walk to Stepney Green and Mile End ( 8 mins to Liverpool St, 14 mins to Holborn on Central Line) and 8 minute walk to Limehouse (5 mins to Canary Wharf and Bank on DLR).
Victoria Park 15 mins walk north along the canal tow path, the River Thames 10 mins south, the Whitechapel end of Brick lane minutes away by bus. Several supermarkets in close vicinity including small Sainsburys at end of road.
When: from 1st April 2026 ( potential to move in 1 week earlier depending on mutual agreement). This is a 3 month tenancy in the first instance followed by 6 months with potential for extension beyond that based on mutual agreement.
How much: £970 per including water but excluding all other bills. Deposit 1 month's rent.
