Double bed room in a shared house with 2 bathrooms

The flat consists of 5 rooms and this one is the largest. 2 rooms and a bathroom upstairs and a kitchen and 3 rooms downstairs. This room is located on the second floor.
There are currently 4people living which are super nice and I am friends with so i can guarantee you will have no problems with them. There is also a garden which can only be accessed from the outside unfortunately not from the house itself.
