Small double room in a 3 bedroom flat shared available on the 5th of the AUGUST.

Well located, just in front of Stepney Green Station, 10min by walk to Mile End (central line) and one stop away from Whitechapel (Elizabeth line and overground) there are a lot of supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda), parks (Victoria park 20min by walk) and bars close by.

The room itself comes with the bed frame, bedside table and chest of draw (the person leaving is selling the mattress if you are interested :)
The price for the room is £685 plus bills (around £60 each) and 1 month deposit.

You will be sharing the flat with two young professionals (females) in their 30s.
We are very easygoing and open minded and we are looking for a professional between 28 and 33 years old that can bring a nice atmosphere to the flat but can also appreciate others own space. We are not a ‘party house’ and most important, we want someone respectful, clean and tidy! 😊
