Hi there!

I've got a room going in our three bed flat available end of August as our wonderful flatmate is moving to Rome!

You'd be sharing with 2 sociable professionals, Christy and Leah (both 29). We’re very relaxed, like to cook, exercise and chill in the eves, and are looking for someone who could be a friend and not just a flatmate! We are keen to find someone who is considerate, respectful and very clean and tidy. We often chill in the evenings but are equally respectful of your space.

The bedroom is en suite, has two big wardrobes, and comes with a double bed, mattress and bedside table. The flat has a large kitchen which opens into the open plan dining room and lounge, leading out into the garden with an amazing private patio that's south facing and gets plenty of sun.

The location is *amazing*, a couple of minutes walk from Spitalfields Market, Liverpool Street station and Aldgate East. Right off Brick Lane but we are on a quiet street and noise has not been an issue.

Rent is £1,150.00 plus bills! Please drop a message if you're interested and think you'd be a good fit, we probably would ideally want someone between 27-32 years old to fill the room
