Big room w balcony in only female house

Big room available to sublet as I will be out of the country for 3 months with possibility for extension, but I am quite flexible.

The house is an only female house with clean and tidy girls.
Live out Landlord is easy, accessible and accommodating.

We do sometimes sit in the kitchen and socialise, but also respect each other’s privacy.

The room is the living room, so really big with balcony.
All the furnitures in the picture come with the room.
There’s two toilets, one upstairs and one down stairs.
As this room is the only one downstairs the toilet on the same floor is mainly used by me, whilst the one upstairs is used by the other tenants.

All bills incl.

Also comes with private fridge in the room.
Building on a quiet road and 7 min from the station.
