Room with double bed and private bathroom

The room contains a desk and a small double bed with storage space underneath. There is a large window that opens, with curtains provided. The desk also has storage space, and there are shelves for additional storage or decoration. Additionally, there is a large wardrobe where you can both hang and fold clothes for storage.

The floor is carpeted, and the heating is electric. The bathroom is private, located within the room, and closes with a door. It includes a shower with hot water, a toilet, a sink, a towel rack, and a shelf for toiletries.

All bills are included — water, electricity, WiFi, and heating. The room is private and can be locked with an electronic key, which will be unique to you. The flat itself opens with a key and provides access to the kitchen, which is shared with three other flatmates.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric hobs, a microwave, a kettle, a sink, and a bin. There is also large private storage space, as well as designated space in the fridge and freezer.

We expect a student, as everyone in the flat is a student.
