I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 21st of April.

The property is a maisonette spanning approximately three floors. Your room is a very spacious loft-style room with a king-size bed, located right next to the bathroom. The room receives a lot of natural light and feels nice and quiet. The kitchen is modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light as well. The flat itself is located on a very quiet street but offers easy access to the main road, just 4 minutes from the District and Hammersmith lines! The Gym, a big Asda, and lots of other amenities are within the 5 minute radius, so plenty to choose from.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a friendly female professional who works in the public sector as an economist. Preferably, you should be a friendly professional who enjoys a clean space and is tidy and respectful.
