Hi, I'm Nicholas.

I've lived in this lovely apartment for 8 years now.

We have a very helpful landlord who is more like a friend now, but unfortunately, he supports Liverpool FC...
He is always quick at fixing any issues with the apartment.

I am now looking for an easy-going professional who is clean and tidy and is fun to be around. I love sports and business and I enjoy a good night out.

Availability:
This room is available from 29 July 2024

Location:
Being the lazy type of person, I love this place because it is a 5 min walk to Stepney Green station, a Sainsbury's shop, a Cooperative shop and many other kebab shops and bars. And there are 2 gyms less than 5 minutes from the apartment.

We are within walking distance of Queen Mary University, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch, and all the other cool places.

Transport:
- We have access to the District (most comfortable line ever) and Hammersmith lines to go across London.
- The Central Line is easily accessible, as Mile End station is 1 stop away from Stepney Green Station or 10 min walk.
- The New Clean Elizabeth Line is only 1 stop away too.
- We have easy access to a lot of bus lines which will take you anywhere around London... even at night!

The Apartment:
- We are on the 4th floor of a newly built flat.
- Our front building's door can be opened from our phones, making it easy to get important packages from Amazon and allowing us to stay on the couch when ordering food from Just Eat or Deliveroo.
- We have a nice balcony opening to our cool inside garden

Your Own Bathroom:
Since there are 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms, we have our own bathroom each.

Since I have the ensuite, my bathroom is in my room.

You have the common bathroom which is the bigger bathroom, which has a MASSIVE bathtub all for YOURSELF.
I don't use the common bathroom at all.

The Rent:
- Rent is at £1,250 per month

Bills are not included:
Bill include council tax, electricity, tv licence, internet
This usually ranges between £140 - £160 per month based on the time of the year.
